Duke of Edinburgh's Award Volunteering
We've been pleased to work with several students to help them achieve their Duke of Edinburgh's award.
Past students have joined the network to assist with a diverse range of tasks, including plant propagation, planting wildflowers and hedges, mapping biodiversity across Eynsham, monitoring water quality and watering our precious wildflower seedlings.
"Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to volunteer with your charity. When I was at the nature recovery meadows I learnt a lot about the history of the meadow and how you take care of it each season. I learnt how to make compost and pot on different plants and weed them out for their best care so that the charity can grow and spread more wild flower areas around Eynsham" - Nyah Collins, Secondary student, DofE Bronze Award
In volunteering with the Nature Recovery Network in Eynsham, Oxfordshire you too can make a meaningful contribution to your community and contribute towards the restoration of a more biodiverse landscape!
