This Notice is designed to explain how and why information about you will be used by the Nature Recovery Network. 

How will we use information about you?

We collect information about you when you request to become a member via our website, or at one of our events. We use this information to deliver services we provide and to keep in touch with our members, donors, supporters, volunteers and other interested parties. Some operationally relevant data of members (e.g. contact details, interests, etc.) will be accessible by other members. 

We only collect and keep your information with your consent, we keep it securely, and we will never sell or share your personal information with other organisations without your explicit consent.

Beyond these, all member and user data will remain in the possession of NRN, and will not knowingly be transferred to other persons or organizations without the agreement of the Users / Members.

What type of information will we keep about you?

  • Full name and contact details, such as telephone number, address, and email address where appropriate;
  • Information relevant to your interactions with the NRN, e.g., membership number and payment details; donation history; Gift Aid declarations; emergency contact details and health information provided, if relevant to volunteering.
